Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Learn CPR Save Lives, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR, AED, First Aid, and American Heart Association training. 

Because class sizes are limited and each registration reserves a seat, instructor time, equipment, and course materials specifically for you, the following policy applies to all registrations.

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat in class.

All course registrations are non-refundable.

Once a student registers, a seat is reserved exclusively for that individual. For this reason, refunds are not provided for cancellations, missed classes, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, or other personal circumstances.

We understand that emergencies happen.

Students may reschedule their class one time at no additional charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled class.

• One complimentary transfer is permitted.
• Any additional transfers may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
• Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new registration.

Students who do not attend their scheduled class without prior notice are considered no-shows. No refund or credit will be issued, and a new registration will be required to attend a future class.

For American Heart Association HeartCode® and other blended learning courses, online course keys and eLearning licenses are purchased specifically for each student and are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.

If Learn CPR Save Lives must cancel a class due to instructor illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, students may choose to:

• Transfer to the next available class, or
• Receive a full refund.

American Heart Association eCards are issued only after successful completion of all required course components. Once an eCard has been issued, it cannot be refunded.

By registering for any class offered by Learn CPR Save Lives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy. to see you there.
